Before anything goes to print, we send you a print-ready proof ā a preview of your design built to your exact wall or window dimensions. This is your chance to check everything is right before production begins.
What to check in your proof
- Sizing ā does it match the measurements you provided?
- Colors and finish ā do they reflect what you asked for?
- Layout and cropping ā for larger murals, check how the design falls around doors, windows, switches, or corners.
- Any custom text or personalization, if your order includes it.
Requesting a change
If something isn't right, let us know before approving ā we'll revise the proof and send you an updated version. There's no limit on getting the details right at this stage; the important thing is catching it now.
Once you approve
After you sign off on the proof and complete payment, your order moves straight into printing. Once production starts, we're no longer able to make changes ā so this is the last chance to adjust anything.
