- Since each product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. Please review all product details before purchasing.
Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- We inspect all shipments before they leave our workshop. However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Replacement Process
- If your order qualifies for a replacement due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a credit note for the value of the damaged or incorrect item.
- When redeeming your credit note, the value of your next purchase must be equal to or greater than the credit note. If your next purchase exceeds the credit note value, you will need to pay the difference.
Return Shipping for Damaged/Incorrect Orders
- We generally provide free pickup and shipping for the return and replacement of damaged or incorrect orders.
- If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and assist with the return and replacement process.
